Raydium Semiconductor Corporation is principally engaged in the design, development, manufacture and distribution of integrated circuits (ICs). The Company provides thin film transistor-liquid crystal display (TFT-LCD) driver ICs for large-sized panels, which are applied in the manufacture of notebook computers, LCD monitors and LCD televisions (TVs), as well as TFT-LCD driver ICs for medium- and small-sized panels, which are applied in the manufacture of mobile phones, digital cameras, personal digital assistants (PDAs), global positioning system (GPS) products, automobile monitors and handheld devices, among others. During the year ended December 31, 2011, the Company obtained 98.58% of its total revenue from the TFT-LCD driver IC products. The Company mainly distributes its products in domestic market and to overseas markets.
